The Baltimore Life Insurance Company’s “2025 Stock the Shelves Teachers' School Supplies" Contest Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A contest entry to win a $25 gift card from Amazon and a box of Baltimore Life brand supplies is offered to eligible teachers who submit an entry form on the landing page, baltlife.com/StocktheShelves. Obtaining an insurance quote or purchasing insurance is not required to be entered into the contest. Purchasing an insurance product will not increase your chances of winning.

Contest Eligibility Contest eligibility is open to teachers living in Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and West Virginia who are 18 years of age or older as of July 11, 2025. Directors, officers, employees and agents of Baltimore Life and its subsidiaries and affiliates and members of their immediate families are not eligible to win.

Contest Entries This contest is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the contest, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands the results of the contest, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects.

Official Rules

1. Contest runs from Wednesday, July 11, 2025 through Friday, August 8, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. (EST).
2. Prize winners will be notified no later than Friday, August 15, 2025, using the contact information provided on the electronic entry form.
3. The prize will be mailed within one week after the winner is contacted and the mailing address is confirmed.
4. A total of one (15) prize winners will be randomly chosen from the qualified entries to win a $25 Amazon gift card and a box of classroom supplies courtesy of Baltimore Life. A total of approximately $1,000 will be awarded in this contest.
5. The personal information provided on the contestant's entry form will be used for contact regarding Baltimore Life’s products and services (if requested). Information will also be used to contact the winners selected during the prize drawing and to mail their prize boxes.
6. A maximum of one entry per teacher is permitted.
7. Duplicate or incomplete entries will be disqualified.
8. More than one entry per household will be accepted, up to two entries maximum per household.
9. All decisions of Baltimore Life with respect to awarding of the prize are final and binding.
10. Each winner will be notified by the contact information provided on the contest entry form.
11. Winners will have 24 hours to verbally claim their prize after the prize notification call is placed. If the prize is not claimed within that timeframe, alternate winners will be chosen until all prizes are claimed.
12. Odds of winning will depend on the number of qualified entries received.
13. Except as may be prohibited by law, by entering this contest, entrants consent to these rules.
14. All entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Facebook, Google, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Amazon, The Baltimore Life Insurance Company and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all losses, damages, or injuries now or in the future including, without limitation, for lost profits, lost savings, or other special, incidental or consequential damages, resulting from acceptance, use or misuse of any prize or participation in this drawing. None of the social media outlets mentioned above sponsor this contest in any manner.
15. Any applicable state, federal or local taxes, fees, or surcharges are the sole responsibility of the contest winner.
16. The contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
17. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any of the prize product manufacturers. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to the Sponsor.

Additional Limitations

Prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the contest, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting or these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this contest is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the contest, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if Sponsor determines that the contest cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the contest. In the event any tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, Sponsor reserves the right to void suspect entries at issue. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives, and any telephone network or service providers, are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or online service or any other error, human or otherwise.

Publicity

By participating in this contest, each entrant grants Baltimore Life permission to use his/her name, likeness or comments for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.
