Helena Vendrzyk Gordon

Senior Vice President, Chief Information and Services Officer

Helena Vendrzyk Gordon joined The Baltimore Life Companies in 2017 as a Vice President of Information Services and was promoted in 2019 to Senior Vice President, Chief Information and Services Officer. Helena oversees our Insurance Services and Information Services areas and corporate building operations.

Gordon brought more than 20 years of industry experience to Baltimore Life having worked in property and casualty, and health insurance companies. In addition, she worked as a technology consultant for five years with a substantial focus on the life insurance industry.

Helena Gordon earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh with a concentration in finance and qualitative modeling; her MBA from Bucknell University where her thesis focused on project management leadership models; and her project management professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.

Gordon resides in Fulton, Maryland, with her husband. She has two sons and enjoys exploring the Baltimore area and culture.
