Sheehan Named Vice President, Deputy General Counsel

OWINGS MILLS, MD, MARCH 19, 2018—Jennifer Sheehan has been named Vice President, Deputy General Counsel of The Baltimore Life Companies.

Sheehan has provided legal counsel to all Baltimore Life operations since joining the company in 2012. In addition to managing product compliance and agent licensing, she oversees the legal aspects of certain transactions and the preparation of contracts, reports, memoranda, and legal statements. She also participates in management policy deliberations and represents the company before insurance associations and governmental agencies.

Sheehan holds a Juris Doctorate from Western New England School of Law where she graduated Cum Laude.
