If you are a policyholder residing in the Angelina, Orange, Sabine, Trinity, Bastrop, Burleson, San Jacinto, Polk, Atascosa, Bexar, Brazos, Caldwell, Cameron, Comal, Grimes, Guadalupe, Hardin, Jasper, Kerr, Lee, Leon, Madison, Montgomery, Newton, Tyler, Walker, Washington, Willacy, Aransas, Austin, Bee, Calhoun, Chambers, Colorado, Brazoria, DeWitt, Fayette, Fort Bend, Galveston, Goliad, Gonzales, Harris, Jackson, Jefferson, Jim Wells, Karnes, Kleberg, Lavaca, Liberty, Live Oak, Matagorda, Nueces, Refugio, San Patricio, Victoria, Waller, Wharton or Wilson counties affected by the devastation of Hurricane Harvey, you may request additional time in which to pay premium payments, including the establishment of a payment plan. Severe weather related to Hurricane Irma resulted in a state of emergency declaration for the entire state of Georgia by Governor Deal. The declaration was issued on September 10 and ended on September 17. If you are in need of additional time in which to pay your premium because your services were disrupted during this period by the storm or your Baltimore Life policy terminated during this time because the service disruption impacted your ability to pay your premium payment, please contact our Customer Service Department for assistance toll free at 800-628-5433.
If you are a policyholder residing in Cook, Kane, Lake or McHenry counties affected by recent flooding in these areas, assistance is available that includes a policy cancellation moratorium until September 30, 2017, and a 60-day grace period for claims submission and premium payments.
