
Stephanie Reel Elected to Baltimore Life Board

BALTIMORE, MD, MAY 24, 2011—Stephanie L. Reel has been elected to The Baltimore Life Companies’ Board of Directors. Ms. Reel is currently the Chief Information Officer for all divisions of the Johns Hopkins University and Health System. She has more than 25 years experience in information systems, working with educators, regulators, researchers and health care providers. In 2009, Ms. Reel was appointed to the Health Information Technology Subcommittee of President Obama’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology, and she was named one of Maryland’s Top 100 Women in 2008 by the Daily Record.
