Baltimore Life Names Fleming Chief Marketing Officer

OWINGS MILLS, MD, JANUARY 22, 2007—L. John Pearson, Chairman, President and CEO of the Baltimore Life Insurance Company announced today that John V. Fleming has joined the company as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer.

Fleming has over 25 years life insurance experience, with Allianz Life Insurance Company of New York and MetLife. He is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University and has been active in both NAIFA and GAMA.

“Baltimore Life is in growth mode,” said Pearson, “And John Fleming has the skills and experience to help us achieve our objectives. We are thrilled to have him join our senior management team.”

Fleming and his wife, Maria, currently reside in Bridgewater, New Jersey.
