Baltimore Life Earns “B++” (Very Good) Rating From A.M. Best Co.

OWINGS MILLS, MD, MARCH 21, 2006—The Baltimore Life Insurance Company announced today that it has earned the “B++” (Very Good) rating from the A.M. Best Co., a leading insurance rating and information source. This rating is an upgrade for Baltimore Life.

In its ratings rationale, A.M. Best notes that Baltimore Life’s rating “reflects the company’s enhanced capital strength, profitable statutory operating results, and the continuing execution of its focused business strategy.”
